Directions

Spicer Village is located on the corner of Brown and Power Streets. The address of the model units and sales office is 401 Power Street (Akron, 44311). The streets surrounding the development are currently under construction, so please be patient when trying to maneuver around the area.

The “Road Closed” signs will pay off in a couple months when underground utilities, ornamental lighting and resurfaced streets will be showcased in the neighborhood.

Ample parking is available next door to Spicer Village at Hattie’s Café located at 491 Brown Street. Additional parking can be found on the west side of Brown Street, across from the development on Power Street.
