full service commercial Real Estate Company headquartered in Akron, Ohio. Brad established PREM during his last year of law school to meet the growing need for a locally owned professional brokerage business. His company specializes in selling, leasing and managing retail and office real estate.

Servant Leadership is a model that he follows in business and when he gives back to the community. “Equipping people with the right tools and empowering them with authority is the most effective leadership strategy.” These strategies were very effective when he played a significant role in the leadership of Torchbearers (a young professional organization in Akron Ohio).

Lately, Brad’s servant heart has lead him across the borders as he traveled to Guatemala to deliver food and school supplies to the people in Peronia and La Tinta. In April he traveled to Mozambique to assist in an eye glass clinic where more than 1,500 prescriptions were filled in 10 days. Although Brad is willing to travel to serve people, his heart is firmly planted in Akron, Ohio. Akron is home to Brad and his young family!
